Grilled Tomatoes
Did you know that tomatoes can achieve EXTRA flavor when grilled, and here is how: For grilling, you need to halve the tomatoes and put them skin side down. You can then sprinkle them with olive oil, salt and pepper or your favorite seasoning. Grill them over medium heat until they are lightly charred on the outside but still firm, about three minutes per side. Then just enjoy!
