Nectarines
The Nectarine is a relative of the peach, and may be used interchangeably in recipes. The chief difference between a peach and a nectarine is the skin. Ripe & Ready Nectarines are fruit that has been preconditioned so that when you get it home, you can eat it then and it tastes like you picked it yourself. You should not need to put in a bag, you can store in the refrigerator and it won't affect the flavor.
