Potato
Grilled potato
slices are the perfect complement to steaks on the grill. Grilled
potato rounds are prepared by slicing potato into 3/8 inch slices
and microwave on high for 5 minutes to speed the cooking time.
Brush the pieces with oil on both sides and grill two to three
minutes on each side. Use the elevated rack to avoid over-cooking.
Then season to taste.
