Avocados
To Grill Avocado Slices, Cut Them in Half, Seed, Peel and Slice them into 3/8 Inch Slices. Drizzle with Fresh Lime or Lemon Juice and Brush Slightly with Olive Oil. Then Place on Grill for 2 Minutes on Each Side. For Half Shells, Cut in Half and Remove the Seed. Grill Cut Side Down for 2 to 3 Minutes. After Grilling, Fill the Top with Salsa or Another Topping.
