Red
or Green Grapes
Most of the
flavor of grapes resides in the skin. Choose grapes that are
plump, full-colored and firmly attached, with no brown area
at stem connections. Grapes can be stored up to one week in
the refrigerator. Grapes also may be frozen for up to 1 week.
Freeze for 1 hour, then put grapes into an airtight container.
