Pummelo
Pummelo are
considered the largest citrus of the world. The Chinese believe
that the delectable Pummelo is a sign of prosperity and good
fortune. They taste similar to the grapefruit, but sweeter and
less acidic. The Chinese use the rind to make a type of candy.
